We ask patients to continue to call on the day to request an appointment. We offer an initial telephone or video consultation followed by a face to face appointment if deemed appropriate for your care by the Clinician. All routine Nursing procedures are offered as a face to face appointment.

The Doctors and Nurses are conducting telephone and online consultations, and only asking patients to attend the Health Centre when absolutely necessary. For further information about virtual consultations, click on the image below.

Our Doctors would like to encourage patients to continue to access our services so that we can make an assessment of the most efficient way to look after you during this pandemic. Please keep to the advice of hand-washing, face masks and social distancing but we all look forward to the time when we will return to life as normal.

You can call 111 when you need medical help but it's not a 999 emergency.

The Practice operates over three sites:

Winsley Dispensary

The dispensary is open between:

• Monday and Friday 8.30-13.00 & 14.00-18.00

Please order your repeat prescription online where possible - click here for further details.

When you attend the Winsley Dispensary to collect your prescription, you will be asked to queue outside. This helps ensure that patients are able to adhere to social distancing rules.

If you have severe difficulties collecting your medication you may be eligible for our free delivery service.
